Barbecue Grilled Veggie Skewers
Ingredients
- bell peppers, any color, cut in large pieces
- zucchini, cut in large pieces
- red onion, cut in large pieces
- mushrooms, cut in large pieces
- olive oil
- salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste
- Balsamic glaze or barbecue sauce drizzle
Instructions
