Ingredients
bell peppers, any color, cut in large pieces
zucchini, cut in large pieces
red onion, cut in large pieces
mushrooms, cut in large pieces
olive oil
salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste
Balsamic glaze or barbecue sauce drizzle
Instructions
Toss all chopped veggies with oil and seasonings.
Thread onto skewers and grill 3 to 5 minutes per side.
Prep Tip: Assemble skewers ahead of time and store in containers in the refrigerator until ready to grill.
