Grilled Honey Garlic Chicken Thighs

These grilled honey garlic chicken thighs are juicy, flavorful and so easy. They can be prepped ahead of time and grilled to perfection in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients
  

  • 4-5 chicken thighs and drumsticks
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Mix together all ingredients except for chicken. Add to bowl or bag.
  • Add chicken to marinade and soak for at least 2 hours.
  • Grill chicken over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes per side or until done.
  • Serve with grilled veggies, rice or potatoes.
  • Prep Tip: Make a double batch and freeze half, uncooked, in marinade for later.
