Fried Pickle Chips with Ranch Dip
Ingredients
- 2 cups dill pickle chips, drained and patted dry
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 lrg eggs
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1-1/2 cups seasoned breadcrumbs or Panko
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- vegetable oil for frying
- RANCH DIP:
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 2 tbsp sour cream, optional
Instructions
- Heat oil in a deep skillet to 350°.
- Set up a dredging station: flour in one bowl, eggs and milk whisked in another, breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder and paprika in a third.
- Coat pickle chips in flour, dip in egg, then coat in breadcrumbs.
- Fry in batches 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Mix ranch dip ingredients and serve alongside.

Pickle Roll-Ups
Ingredients
- 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
- 8 slices deli ham
- 4 whole dill pickles, dried, cut in half
- garlic powder or ranch seasoning (optional)
Instructions
- Spread cream cheese evenly over each slice of ham.
- Sprinkle lightly with seasoning, if desired.
- Place a pickle at one end and roll tightly.
- Chill for 15 minutes for cleaner slicing.
- Slice into 1-inch pieces and serve.

Dill Pickle Deviled Eggs
Ingredients
- 6 hard-boiled eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp dill pickle relish
- 1 tsp pickle juice
- 1/2 tsp yellow mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
- paprika or fresh dill for garnish
Instructions
- Slice eggs in half lengthwise and gently remove yolks.
- In a small bowl, mash egg yolks with mayonnaise, relish, pickle juice, mustard, salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Spoon or pipe filling back into egg whites.
- Garnish with paprika or fresh dill sprigs.
- Chill until ready to serve.

Creamy Dill Pickle Dip
Ingredients
- 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup dill pickles, chopped
- 2 tbsp pickle juice
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Fresh dill, optional
Instructions
- Beat together cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Fold in pickles, pickle juice, onion powder and garlic powder.
- Chill 30 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with fresh dill if desired.
- Serving Tip: Serve with chips, crackers, veggie sticks or toasted bread.
