vegetable oil for frying
RANCH DIP:
1/2
cup
ranch dressing

sour cream, optional
Instructions
Heat oil in a deep skillet to 350°.
Set up a dredging station: flour in one bowl, eggs and milk whisked in another, breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder and paprika in a third.
Coat pickle chips in flour, dip in egg, then coat in breadcrumbs.
Fry in batches 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
Drain on paper towels.
Mix ranch dip ingredients and serve alongside.
Serving Tip: Serve immediately for maximum crunch.
