Tater Tot Casserole

This is one of my son's favorite casseroles. It's meat and potatoes in one delicious dish.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 14 oz can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 14 oz can cream of chicken soup
  • 1-1/3 cups milk
  • 6 cups frozen tater tots
  • 1-1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions
 

  • Brown beef in skillet over medium heat. Drain fat.
  • Stir in both soups and milk; heat through.
  • Pour mixture into ungreased 9x13 baking dish.
  • Layer tater tots evenly over the top.
  • Cover tightly with plastic wrap, foil, label and freeze.
  • To Prepare: Thaw casserole in refrigerator. Bake, uncovered at 375 degrees for 25 minutes, or until tater tots are golden brown.
  • Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the top and bake for 5 minutes more, or until cheese is melted.
