Tater Tot Casserole
Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 14 oz can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 14 oz can cream of chicken soup
- 1-1/3 cups milk
- 6 cups frozen tater tots
- 1-1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions
- Brown beef in skillet over medium heat. Drain fat.
- Stir in both soups and milk; heat through.
- Pour mixture into ungreased 9×13 baking dish.
- Layer tater tots evenly over the top.
- Cover tightly with plastic wrap, foil, label and freeze.
- To Prepare: Thaw casserole in refrigerator. Bake, uncovered at 375 degrees for 25 minutes, or until tater tots are golden brown.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the top and bake for 5 minutes more, or until cheese is melted.
