Meatballs in Marinara Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef or turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Marinara Sauce (homemade or in a jar)
  • Parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients together (except for marinara sauce), roll into meatballs.
  • Bake at 400° for 15-20 minutes. Cool and freeze flat.
  • Freeze meatballs separately from sauce or together in a freezer safe container or bag.
  • To Prepare: Thaw meatballs and sauce in refrigerator.
  • Reheat meatballs in sauce on the stove or microwave.
  • Serve over your favorite pasta.
