Meatballs in Marinara Sauce

Ingredients

ground beef or turkey

breadcrumbs

parmesan cheese, grated

egg, beaten

Italian seasoning
Marinara Sauce (homemade or in a jar)
Parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together (except for marinara sauce), roll into meatballs.
Bake at 400° for 15-20 minutes. Cool and freeze flat.
Freeze meatballs separately from sauce or together in a freezer safe container or bag.
To Prepare: Thaw meatballs and sauce in refrigerator.
Reheat meatballs in sauce on the stove or microwave.
Serve over your favorite pasta.
