Honey Mustard Pork Chops

These sweet and tangy pork chops are the perfect addition to your busy weeknight meal.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 3/4" thick boneless pork chops
  • 1/4 cup yellow mustard
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp dried marjoram

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients EXCEPT for pork chops in a small bowl. Mix thoroughly.
  • All mix to a zip top freezer bag and add pork chops. Label and freeze.
  • To prepare: Thaw pork chops in refrigerator overnight.
  • Broil pork chops 4 to 6 inches from heat source (oven or grill) for 18 to 20 minutes, turning once, until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees. Keep a close eye on them to make sure they don't burn.
  • Discard any remaining marinade. Enjoy!
