Honey Mustard Pork Chops
These sweet and tangy pork chops are the perfect addition to your busy weeknight meal.
Ingredients
- 6 3/4" thick boneless pork chops
- 1/4 cup yellow mustard
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp dried marjoram
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients EXCEPT for pork chops in a small bowl. Mix thoroughly.
- All mix to a zip top freezer bag and add pork chops. Label and freeze.
- To prepare: Thaw pork chops in refrigerator overnight.
- Broil pork chops 4 to 6 inches from heat source (oven or grill) for 18 to 20 minutes, turning once, until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees. Keep a close eye on them to make sure they don't burn.
- Discard any remaining marinade. Enjoy!
