Using foil packs for recipes

Foil Pack Garlic Butter Shrimp, Corn & Asparagus

These easy to assemble packs are delicious meals in a pouch. Can be prepped ahead of time, thawed and cooked for a quick easy and tasty weeknight meal for the whole family. You can also mix and match proteins and veggies.

Ingredients
  

  • large, raw shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • corn on the cob, sliced into 2" pieces
  • asparagus, tips removed
  • garlic, mined
  • butter
  • salt, pepper, parsley to taste

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in individual serving size foil packets.
  • Grill or bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes.
  • Prep Tip: Assemble foil packets in advance and freeze uncooked for easy weeknight meals.
