Chocolate Pecan Pie
This Chocolate Pecan Pie Recipe is ooey, gooey, chocolatey goodness! It's perfect for the Holidays!
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 lrg eggs, beaten
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp whole milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 frozen pie crust, thawed
In a large bowl, beat eggs until foamy, stir in melted butter.
Add the brown sugar, granulated sugar and flour; mix well. Add the milk, vanilla, chocolate chips and nuts.
Pour into an unbaked 9-inch pie shell. Bake at 400° for 10 minutes, then reduce temperature to 350° and bake for another 30 to 40 minutes, or until done.
