Chicken, Rice & Broccoli Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 cup rice, cooked
- 4-5 cups chicken, cooked and shredded or chopped
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 pkg frozen broccoli
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions
- Mix together all ingredients (except cheese) and pour into freezer safe containers or bags.
- Wrap tightly and freeze for up to 3 months.
- To Prepare: Thaw overnight in the refrigerator.
- Bake at 375° for 30-35 minutes.
- Add cheese to top and bake 5-10 minutes more until melted.
