Sheet Pan Chicken & Veggies
Dinner in one pan! This recipe is what meal prepping is all about. After all ingredients are prepped and refrigerated, take them out when you're ready, spread out on a sheet pan, bake and it's ready for the table! Simple, quick and scrumptious!
Course Lunch, Main Course
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 bunch fresh broccoli, chopped
- 1 each red, green, yellow, orange bell peppers, sliced thinly
- 1/2 red onion, sliced thinly
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Prep Tip: Store all ingredients in portioned containers or bags with rice or quinoa for a balanced meal.
To Prepare: Mix together seasonings and olive oil in small bowl.
Toss chicken breasts and veggies in mixture and spread out on a sheet pan.
Bake in 375° oven for 30-45 minutes or until chicken is done.
While chicken and veggies are cooking, prepare rice or quinoa according to package directions.
