1cupquinoa, cooked (can also be oatmeal, grits or cream of wheat)
1/2cupmixed berries
1/2cupchopped nuts
1tspcinnamon
1banana, sliced
1/2cupalmond milk
poppy seeds for garnish, if desired.
Instructions
Cook your hot cereal of choice according to package directions.
Top with fruit, cinnamon and poppy seeds.
Add milk and eat hot or cold.
Prep Tip: Can also be stored into jars or containers in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Store cereal and fruit separately. Add milk right before eating.
