Marinated Flank Steak
This recipe turns a less expensive cut of steak into an extraordinary flavorful meal. It tastes like a million bucks!

- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1-1/3 lbs flank steak
Mix together first 6 ingredients for marinade. Put flank steak in a zip top freezer bag, pour marinade over it, seal, label and freeze.
To Prepare: Thaw flank steak in refrigerator.
Remove from marinade, and either grill or set in oven at 550 degrees for about 8 to 10 minutes. Broil 6 inches from heat, turning once, about 6 minutes on one side and 4 minutes on the other.
Cut steak across the grain at slanted angle into thin slices. Serve with your choice of side dish.
