Homemade Whipped Cream

There's nothing better to top a freshly baked homemade pie than homemade whipped cream! Easy to make and tastes better than anything store bought.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, whip cream until stiff peaks are just about to form.
  • Add vanilla and powdered sugar and beat until stiff peaks form.
  • Be sure to not over-beat. Cream will separate and become lumpy and oily.
