Homemade Whipped Cream
There's nothing better to top a freshly baked homemade pie than homemade whipped cream! Easy to make and tastes better than anything store bought.
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
In a large bowl, whip cream until stiff peaks are just about to form.
Add vanilla and powdered sugar and beat until stiff peaks form.
Be sure to not over-beat. Cream will separate and become lumpy and oily.
