Grilled Pineapple Dessert
This grilled dessert is light, healthy and so good. Can be put together quickly with your favorite toppings.

- fresh pineapple, sliced
- brown sugar
- cinnamon
- whipped cream or vanilla yogurt, optional
- chopped nuts, optional
Sprinkle pineapple slices with brown sugar and cinnamon.
Grill over medium heat 2-3 minutes per side, watching them carefully so they don't burn.
Top with whipped cream or your favorite dessert toppings.
