For Crumble Topping:

rolled oats
1/2
cup
all-purpose flour
1/2
cup
brown sugar
1/2
tsp
cinnamon
1/2
cup
cold butter, cubed
1/4
cup
sliced almonds
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°. Grease an 8x8 baking dish.
Toss cherries with sugar, cornstarch, vanilla and almond extracts. Spread evenly in dish.
In a small bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar and cinnamon. Cut in butter until crumbly. Stir in almonds.
Sprinkle topping evenly over cherries.
Bake 40-45 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
Serving Tip: Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
