Berry Granola Yogurt Parfaits

This light, fruity recipe is perfect for breakfast, brunch or dessert!

Ingredients
  

  • Fresh berries of your choice
  • Greek yogurt
  • granola (can be store bought or homemade)
  • honey
  • mint for garnish, if desired

Instructions
 

  • Add a layer of granola to bottom of dessert dish.
  • Top with a layer of yogurt, then a layer of berries.
  • Repeat layer and can be topped with a dollop of yogurt and sprig of mint on top.
  • Assemble right before eating.
  • Prep Tip: Store components separately to avoid soggy granola.
