Berry Granola Yogurt Parfaits
This light, fruity recipe is perfect for breakfast, brunch or dessert!
Course Breakfast, Brunch, Dessert
- Fresh berries of your choice
- Greek yogurt
- granola (can be store bought or homemade)
- honey
- mint for garnish, if desired
Add a layer of granola to bottom of dessert dish.
Top with a layer of yogurt, then a layer of berries.
Repeat layer and can be topped with a dollop of yogurt and sprig of mint on top.
Assemble right before eating.
Prep Tip: Store components separately to avoid soggy granola.
