Combine bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder and salt together in a 1-quart zip top bag; label with name, date, preparation instructions and attach to fillet package.
Freeze raw fish fillets in a 1-gallon zip top bag.
To prepare: Thaw fish fillets and bread crumbs/herbs in refrigerator.
Lightly beat egg white, and dip fillets in it.
Put fillets one at a time in bag with herb mixture; make sure each fillet is completely coated. Squeeze lemon juice over top of each fillet.
Remove fillets from bag and arrange in baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
At the same time, prepare your side dish. Serve with fish fillets.
