Avocado Chicken Salad
This delicious summer salad is refreshing, light and easy to make for lunch, dinner or side dish.

- 1-2 chicken breasts, cooked and sliced or chopped
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced or chopped
- 1/2 red onion, sliced or chopped
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp cilantro, diced
- 1 cup salad greens of your choice
- 1 red tomato, sliced or diced
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 tsp sesame seeds for garnish, if desired
Mix salad together just before eating. Dress with your favorite dressing or vinaigrette.
Avocado turns brown quickly, so slice and eat right away.
