1. Classic Creamy Coleslaw
Perfect with: Pulled pork, ribs, brisket
Ingredients:
- 1 bag coleslaw mix
- ¾ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp sugar
- Salt & pepper
Instructions:
- Whisk dressing ingredients together.
- Toss with coleslaw mix.
- Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.

Ingredients:
- 6 ears corn, husked
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt
Instructions:
- Mix butter and garlic.
- Brush corn generously.
- Grill over medium heat for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally.
3. Loaded Baked Potato Salad

Ingredients:
- 2 lbs potatoes, cubed
- ½ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup mayo
- 1 cup shredded cheddar

Instructions:

Ingredients:
- Pineapple slices
- Honey
- Cinnamon
Instructions:
- Grill pineapple 2–3 minutes per side.
- Drizzle with honey and sprinkle cinnamon.

Ingredients:
- 4 cups sliced peaches
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup milk
- ½ cup butter
Instructions:
