Quinoa Breakfast Bowl

Easy and delicious breakfast that can be eaten hot or cold. You can also change it up with a different cereal, different fruits and different milk.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup quinoa, cooked (can also be oatmeal, grits or cream of wheat)
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • poppy seeds for garnish, if desired.

Instructions
 

  • Cook your hot cereal of choice according to package directions.
  • Top with fruit, cinnamon and poppy seeds.
  • Add milk and eat hot or cold.
  • Prep Tip: Can also be stored into jars or containers in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Store cereal and fruit separately. Add milk right before eating.
