Easy Slow Cooker Brisket
Equipment
- 1 Slow Cooker
Ingredients
- 3.5 lb brisket
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 cup beef broth or water
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine all dry seasoning ingredients. Set aside.
- Open the brisket bag and drain most of the juices into the sink. Place the brisket in the slow cooker, fat side up, with 1 cup of beef broth or water at the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Sprinkle the top of the brisket with seasoning mixture. Set the slow cooker to low heat and cook for 8 hours.
- Slice against the grain and enjoy! Serve with your favorite side dishes!
