Beef & Veggie Stir Fry

This quick and easy recipe can be prepped ahead of time and cooked in a moment's notice, or it can be cooked fresh. And delicious!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef or beef tips
  • 1 pkg frozen stir fry veggies (snap peas, carrots, bell peppers)
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • sesame seeds, toasted (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Brown ground beef (or beef tips) in skillet on stovetop and drain.
  • Add sesame oil, soy sauce and veggies and stir fry until tender.
  • Add veggies to ground beef and stir and heat through.
  • Sprinkle top with toasted sesame seeds, if desired.
  • Add cooked rice or cauliflower rice.
