These tangy barbecue pork chops with just a hint of spice will be the perfect meal for your hungry home.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 3/4" thick pork chops
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup Italian Salad Dressing (I love Olive Garden)
  • 1/4 cup barbecue sauce (I love Sweet Baby Ray's)

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients, except for vegetable oil, in zip top freezer bag, label and freeze.
  • To prepare: Thaw pork chops in refrigerator.
  • Heat vegetable oil in large skillet; brown thawed pork chops over medium high heat. Turn chops over after about 4 minutes and cook on the other side.
  • Pour marinade from freezer bag over the top; stirring to blend. Cover and simmer 5 to 8 minutes, until chops are tender.
