Supper on the Ranch
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 lbs ground beef
- 1 28 oz can baked beans
- 1 11 oz can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1/4 cup barbeque sauce
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp prepared yellow mustard
- 3/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 can diced tomatoes, undrained
- green onions, sliced and sour cream (optional)
- tortilla chips, parsley (optional)
Instructions
- In large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain well.
- Stir in the baked beans, corn, barbecue sauce, ketchup and mustard. Mix well.
- Cool completely and place in zip top freezer bag, label and freeze.
- To Prepare: Thaw in refrigerator. Heat in saucepan over low heat until hot.
- Sprinkle with cheese; cook until melted. Top with green onions and sour cream, if desired. Serve over tortilla chips or corn chips.
