Slow Cooker Taco Chicken
This one recipe can set up your entire week for dinners and lunches…. tacos, salads, burrito bowls. You can also serve over rice or pasta. Add your favorite toppings and your meals are delicious, easy and quick. You can also substitute cooked ground beef for the chicken.
Equipment
- 1 Slow Cooker
Ingredients
- 4-5 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 jar salsa
- 1 pkg taco seasoning
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a freezer safe container or bag. Flatten and remove air.
- To Prepare: Dump all ingredients from bag into slow cooker from frozen. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Shred chicken and use for tacos, burrito bowls, salads, etc.
