Beef & Veggie Stir Fry
This quick and easy recipe can be prepped ahead of time and cooked in a moment's notice, or it can be cooked fresh. And delicious!
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef or beef tips
- 1 pkg frozen stir fry veggies (snap peas, carrots, bell peppers)
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- sesame seeds, toasted (optional)
Instructions
- Brown ground beef (or beef tips) in skillet on stovetop and drain.
- Add sesame oil, soy sauce and veggies and stir fry until tender.
- Add veggies to ground beef and stir and heat through.
- Sprinkle top with toasted sesame seeds, if desired.
- Add cooked rice or cauliflower rice.
